To achieve utmost reliability in the quality of the materials we supply and in order to warrant, therefore, its adequacy even to our most demanding Clients, SANGOI has provided for huge investments and has created a very equipped testing laboratory for carrying out the main trials on materials such as:
TENSILE TEST / PULL TEST AND SPECTOMETRIC ANALYSIS.
Our laboratory has at disposal the following equipment:
- 10 kN machine for tensile / pull test, for determining the mechanical characteristics of materials (Rm, Re od Rp0,2%, A%).
- Machine for spectrometric analysis, for determining the chemical analysis of materials.
- Thickness gauge for determining the superficial zinc covering.
- Erichssen drawing test machine.
- Brinnel HB30 counter durometer.
- Portable durometer with Brinnel, Vickers, Rockwell b/c conversion.
All our measuring and laboratory instrumentation undergoes registration and, periodically, calibration verification, calibration and related certification, as foreseen by our Quality Manual and demanded by the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 regulations.
